Embark is a boutique agency seeking a marketing pro that thinks strategically and analytically to get results, with an eye for creatives. You’ll help lead campaigns for our nonprofits and small business clients.

Expectations of the role.

Put simply, you’ll oversee the marketing strategies and creatives for clients.

Your day-to-day will involve working closely with stakeholders, attending client meetings, providing creative direction on deliverables, planning and executing on campaigns, and continuously pushing new marketing ideas.

Driving Marketing Efforts

Strategizing marketing plans, building audience funnels, developing user journeys, and executing campaigns. Your main focus is to help clients reach their audience and motivate them to engage using a variety of tools, tactics, and resources.

Client Servicing

Serving clients is the crux of what we do. We ensure our clients are happy by delivering exceptional work, but also by providing guidance and push back, when necessary. You'll build relationships with clients and manage expectations.

Team Management

As a full-service agency, we work with a range of talents, including graphic designers, website developers, video editors, and more. You'll work closely with these specialists by collaborating on creatives, overseeing their work, and providing feedback.

Creative Direction

Providing input and direction on creative assets and other marketing materials. You'll ensure a high standard of design quality and meaningful strategy behind creative deliverables.

Qualifications we're seeking.

We’re seeking someone with intermediate level of experience. You must have core skills and expertise in the following:

Exceptional Communications

It goes without saying you need to be a solid communicator. Being the intermediator between clients and our internal team, you must be able to accurately relay the expectation of clients. Additionally, clear feedback and direction is critical to delivering quality work.

Campaign Management

Whether launching a newsletter series, a social media ad campaign, or event promotions, you have experience establishing marketing goals, executing a plan, and delivering measurable results.

Digital Marketing

It goes without saying you need firm knowledge and understanding of digital to excel in this role. You should be on top of industry trends and tools to properly manage our marketing campaigns and projects.

Analytics

Evaluating marketing efforts and performance with a scientific approach. You are comfortable looking at data, making insights, and creating reports to analyze the success of results.

Creative Background

Many of our projects revolve around creative services, therefore you must have experience either producing or managing creative work. This includes, but not limited to, graphic design, branding, copywriting, social media, ad campaigns, video production, and etc.

Compensation and benefits.

Our company is fully remote and as a small team, we operate with efficiency and flexibility. While we may not offer traditional corporate benefits, we focus on flexibility and work-life balance. Weekly hours and schedule are negotiable, along with PTO benefits.

For salary, we’re expecting to offer in the $50,000 – $65,000 full-time range, depending on experience. We’re open to full-time and part-time seekers, and contractors will be considered as well.
